Meet Your Coach

My passion to support parentified adults comes directly from lived experience. I was parentified too. Like a lot of us, I was pushed into roles I didn’t choose: counselor, confidant, caregiver, emotional support system, surrogate parent. That kind of pressure doesn’t just go away when you grow up. It sticks with you, showing up in your body, your habits, and your relationships.

I know what it’s like to hit a wall, to feel disconnected from your own needs, and to struggle with taking care of yourself without guilt. For a long time, I didn’t have the language, the tools, or the space to even figure out what I needed. But through trial, reflection, and a lot of unlearning, I started building a life that feels like mine, not one that depends on me being the fixer all the time.

I’m not here to sell perfection. I still have days where I overthink, overgive, or shut down. But now I have practices that help me come back to myself, and I want to help others do the same.

As a wellness coach, I support parentified adults who are ready to stop surviving and start reclaiming their time, energy, and identity. If that’s you, you don’t have to untangle it all alone. We’ll work through it together, with honesty, strategy, and a little humor to keep it human.

My Mission

As your wellness coach, my mission is to walk alongside you on your unique path to healing and reclaiming your well-being after years of carrying too much responsibility. I understand how hard it can be to prioritize yourself when you’ve been conditioned to put others first, often at your own expense. My goal is to be your guide, your ally, and your safe space as you unravel old patterns and build new, sustainable habits that honor your needs. Together, we’ll craft a wellness plan that feels authentic, manageable, and even enjoyable. Our sessions will be like chatting with an old friend who gets the real, messy work of healing, full of honesty, humor, and encouragement to keep moving forward.

My Vision

I envision a world where adults who grew up parentified can finally shed the weight of over-responsibility and embrace a life that feels truly theirs. My ideal client is someone who has spent years putting out fires for others, often losing themselves in the process, and is now ready to reclaim their health, boundaries, and joy. If you’re tired of feeling invisible or overwhelmed and want a partner who knows this journey is tough, but deeply worth it, I’m here for you. Together, we’ll celebrate every hard-won step toward reclaiming your life, building resilience, and rediscovering what it means to care for yourself first.

I believe you are the expert on your own experience, especially when it comes to the complicated dynamics of parentification. My role is to support you in uncovering the strengths you’ve developed, while gently challenging the old stories and habits that keep you stuck. Wellness after parentification looks different for everyone, and I’m here to help you define what it means for you, on your own terms and timeline.
