Meet Your Coach

Wellness has always been a passion of mine, rooted in my personal experiences growing up in a large, blended family. I know firsthand the challenges that come with maintaining mental and physical health. For a long time, I struggled with my own wellness, lacking the knowledge and resources to fully help myself. Through personal growth, self-compassion, and trial and error, I’ve crafted a lifestyle that supports my mental and physical well-being. But let me be clear—I don’t have it all together, and I’m far from perfect. I still have my ups and downs, and that’s okay. I want to be transparent about my journey because I know how tough it can be. My goal is to help clients do the same—because no one should have to face their wellness struggles alone. Together, we’ll work through the tough moments and celebrate the wins, with honesty, humor, and the understanding that wellness isn’t about perfection.

As your wellness coach, my mission is to partner with you on your unique path to better health and well-being. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to achieve wellness goals, especially when you feel like you’re doing it alone. My aim is to be your guide, your partner, and your support system as you work through the challenges. We’ll create healthy habits that are sustainable and design a plan that’s fun and aligned with your definition of wellness. Our sessions will feel more like conversations with an old friend, filled with positivity, humor, and real talk about what it takes to create lasting change.
