My coaching approach is rooted in real-life experience with parentification, and it’s built on compassion, clarity, and care. I hold space for the version of you that’s tired of holding it all together. If you’re ready to explore who you are outside of being the “responsible one” or “the fixer” I’m here to support that process.
You can expect a conversation that meets you where you are. This means there will be no pressure to perform or have it all figured out. We’ll talk about what it’s been like to grow up in a role that asked too much of you, and how that’s shaped the way you show up in your life today. From there, we’ll start identifying what you need, and outline a path that centers your healing, your goals, and your sense of self.
Both wellness coaching and counseling aim for personal growth, but wellness coaching is future-focused, emphasizing goal-setting and healthy habit development. As your coach, I’ll work with you to define what wellness means for you and guide you in taking actionable steps toward your goals. In contrast, counseling typically addresses past experiences and mental health challenges, helping you heal and gain deeper self-understanding.
Virtual coaching offers the flexibility to meet from the comfort of your own space, making it easier to fit sessions into your busy schedule. It also eliminates geographical barriers, allowing us to connect regardless of where you are.
Healing from parentification doesn’t happen in one-hour sessions, it happens in the quiet in-between moments, too. That’s why I offer check-ins and messaging support between sessions. Whether you need a gentle reminder, a place to process something real-time, or just someone to say “you’re not alone,” I’m here to support you throughout the journey, not just when it’s scheduled.
As a wellness coach, I do not accept insurance. My services are considered wellness-based, which generally aren’t covered by health insurance.
